Join to apply for the Elect Monitoring Surveillance Off role at Queensland Corrective ServicesResponsibilitiesThe High-Risk Offender Management Unit (HROMU) team based in the Brisbane and Townsville regions is responsible for the supervision of offenders subject to a supervision order pursuant to the Dangerous Prisoners (Sexual Offenders) Act 2003 (DPSOA) residing throughout Queensland and the electronic monitoring of offenders on parole. It comprises the following work groups:HROMU Strategic Risk and Support, including the Clinical Support Unit;HROMU Operations SEQ, operating from Wacol;HROMU Central to Far Northern, operating from Townsville;The Electronic Monitoring and Surveillance Unit (EMSU), responsible for the state-wide GPS monitoring of DPSOA offenders and offenders subject to Parole Supervision.This talent pipeline is open for candidates to register their interest as an Electronic Monitoring and Surveillance Officer for various casual employment opportunities throughout the next 12 months.
