Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, this standalone talent specialist role suits someone who enjoys handson recruiting, but also wants to shape frameworks, influence leaders, and build sustainable talent pipelines in a business that is scaling internationally.Why this roleWork across manufacturing (blue and grey collar), engineering, product and commercial portfoliosInfluence and improve sourcing and recruitment practices across APAC, Americas and EMEABalance endtoend delivery with process design and continuous improvementPartner closely with senior leadersPlay a key role in workforce planning and future capability buildingWhat you''ll be doingDeliver endtoend recruitmentDesign and implement consistent, scalable recruitment processes aligned to global standardsCoach and partner with hiring managers on structured, inclusive hiring practicesProactively source scarce talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search techniquesBuild talent pipelines for critical roles to reduce time-to-fill during growth phasesProvide market insights on talent availability, remuneration and hiring challengesManage offer processes, approvals and contracts in partnership with People & CultureMaintain accurate ATS data, reporting and compliance across jurisdictionsContribute to employer branding initiatives, early career pipelines and industry engagementYou''ll be a great fit if you have:35+ years'' experience in endtoend resourcing and recruitmentProven experience recruiting engineering, manufacturing, business development and functional roles in global, matrix or highgrowth organisationsStrong sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidatesExperience improving or implementing recruitment processes and frameworksAbility to work across multiple roles, stakeholders and time zonesStrong communication skills and credibility with hiring managersHigh attention to detail and strong compliance mindsetExperience using an ATS (JobAdder highly regarded) and LinkedIn RecruiterExposure to heavy industry, fabrication, OEM, mining services or engineeringWorkforce planning, talent analytics or employer branding experienceAbout UsSchlam Payload is the global expert in load and haul attachments.
