They have sold their businesses and have a deep desire to help other Leaders and Principals through this process.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify and build rapport with potential sellers, helping them through the selling processCreate presentation opportunities to both buyers and sellersConvert buyer and seller leads turning prospects into clients and customersBuild rapport and relationships with buyers and support their journey by guiding them through the sales processAbout YouHas owned a Real Estate Agency or Rent Roll business OR managed day-to-day business operations as a Principal or Licensee of a Real Estate Agency or Rent Roll business (required)Personal values of care, reliability, integrity, and continual improvementExceptional people skills and customer service focusDriven and enjoys achieving targetsExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsPunctual, focused, and delivers consistent and dependable resultsA desire to learn and growMust be based in South AustraliaThis role will require you to hold a current Real Estate Licence in SA prior to commencement.
