The hours are full time (40 hours per week) 5.30am 2.30pm Monday to Thursday and an early finish on Friday 12.30pm.Your BackgroundWe are seeking a collaborative people manager who is passionate about technology and continuous improvement. The business is specialised and it is unlikely you will have industry experience, however, experience with HACCP dangerous goods would be highly regarded. You will also need to be techsavvy! Ideally you will possess the following skills, attributes and experience:Manufacturing experienceProcess, quality and compliance focusProcurement and supply experienceCollaborative approach work as part of a wider team to achieve outcomesAn interest in learning new technologyStrong attention to detailIf you have been seeking positions such as Production Manager, Plant Manager, Operations or Site Leader, this position will align.
