Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: Adelaide | Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join a leading construction and infrastructure organisation. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a team, delivering high-quality cost management and estimation services across diverse projects in the Resources and Infrastructure sectors. You will play a key role in managing project budgets, optimising costs, and ensuring accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage quantity surveying and estimating tasks across multiple projects, ensuring delivery aligns with client requirements and industry standards.Prepare comprehensive construction cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project lifecycle cost analyses.Review and manage project budgets, monitor hours, and advise on any variances or non-chargeable items.Identify risks, costsaving opportunities, and potential contractual issues, providing proactive advice to project teams.Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members and subconsultants, fostering professional growth and high performance.Facilitate client communication, providing timely and accurate reporting, and reviewing deliverables before submission.Contribute to project execution strategies, including contract administration, project closeout, and lessons learned.Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and occupational health and safety standards.About YouBachelor''s degree (or higher) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.Membership of professional bodies such as RICS or AIQS is desirable.Minimum 5 years'' experience in quantity surveying or estimation within construction, resources, or infrastructure sectors.Experience in both cost consultancy and contractor environments is advantageous.Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate estimates, manage complex budgets, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Why This Role?This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key projects, make a measurable impact on project outcomes, and advance your career with a supportive and highperforming team.ApplyPlease click on the apply button or contact Supreet Singh at: [email protected] or call at: 08 9216 2104. #J-18808-Ljbffr
