The responsibilities include:Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholdersTo produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reportsSupport design management and procurement activities.Support stakeholder consultation and communicate effectively with all project stakeholdersAbility to work autonomously and within varied and complex team working arrangements.High quality reporting and deliverables in relation to work status, project deliverables and requirements.Be organised and effective in the provision of support services to the wider team. Always seeking new work opportunities.Be confident and able to work within an embedded client role delivering projects on their behalf using their systems.Ability to work across multiple projects and/or clients simultaneously, managing priorities and deliverablesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Contribute to and develop a great team culture.QualificationsProven business case writing skills.Formal qualifications in design, engineering or project management.Critical thinking and ability to communicate effectively (written and oral).A minimum of 5-10 years project management experience, preferably in Government sectorA thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project reviewExcellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniquesAbility to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environmentAdvanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regardedExcellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skillsHighly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clientAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
