Senior Research Fellow, Proteomics Facility ManagerProposed compensation: A$138,124.00/yr - A$158,885.00/yrThe Senior Research Fellow, Proteomics Facility Manager will lead cuttingedge research in proteomics while managing the daytoday operations of the Proteomics Facility. This role combines scientific leadership with operational oversight, including equipment management, staff training, financial planning, and strategic development. Our research and teaching equip the next generation of leaders and innovators with the skill, commitment, and vision to protect vulnerable communities and truly advance health outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver highquality, innovative proteomics research, securing external grants and publishing in toptier journals.Oversee the effective management and development of the Proteomics Facility, including equipment maintenance and upgrades.Provide training and mentorship to staff, students and HDR candidates, ensuring safe and effective use of facility resources.Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry, government and research organisations to expand research impact.About YouYou are an accomplished researcher with deep expertise in proteomics and a proven ability to lead complex projects. You thrive in collaborative environments, demonstrate exceptional technical skills, and have a track record of securing research funding and delivering impactful outcomes.
