We are looking for OTs who share our passion for disability.We welcome Occupational Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of community work.About the roleResponsibilities include:Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic servicesAssess participants'' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical functions and capacities through clinical observations and standardized assessmentsInterpret findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participantProvide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance quality of life and meet participant goalsMaintain awareness of current legislation to ensure complianceWhat''s in it for you?We support you as you support others.
