Talent Quarter are proud to partner with a close-knit 20-bed regional hospital seeking a dedicated Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to lead and inspire the clinical team in delivering exceptional care.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Aged Care manager to step into the role of Nurse Unit manager in a facility that offers aged & acute care.Benefits on offer:Base salary up to $131,000 + superSalary packagingRelocation assistance $$$Monday to Friday hoursUnique opportunity for experienced Aged Care manager to lead a small community focused hospitalThe role:As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. You''ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, lead clinical governance, and mentor staff to uphold best practice standards.Duties include:Lead and manage nursing and care staff across a 20-bed inpatient unitMaintain compliance with clinical standards, policies, and aged care regulationsPromote a positive, respectful, and safe environment for residents and staffDrive continuous improvement and innovation in clinical careCoordinate rostering, staff development, and performance managementTo be successful you will have:Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration) with minimum 5 years'' post-graduate experienceProven leadership experience, ideally in aged care or a rural health settingSound understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care principlesStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsPassion for rural health and making a difference in a local communityIf this sounds like the perfect next role for you then APPLY NOW!
