You won''t be fixing buildings yourself; instead, you''ll be the organised, reliable link that helps everything come together.What you''ll be doingSupporting our Facilities Manager with the coordination of daytoday site operations across Richmind WAKeeping records and systems organised, including asset registers and maintenance informationCommunicating with contractors and suppliers, following up on jobs and ensuring work is scheduled and completedManaging systems and data, including MyBuildings and SmartFleet (training provided)Supporting procurement and supplies, helping teams get what they need in a timely waySkills and experiencesWhat you bring: You don''t need to tick every box what matters most is your enthusiasm, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
