To support this vision, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager Refurbishments to join our Property & Housing Directorate.This role is responsible for the planning, delivery, and closeout of refurbishment projects across our Aged Care and Retirement & Independent Living Villages portfolio, as well as select minor capital works projects.About the RoleBased in Leichhardt, with regular travel across NSW and the ACT, you will:Manage the endtoend delivery of room refurbishments and selected minor capital works (typically up to $1M in value).Oversee scoping, tender review, contractor engagement, project delivery, financial closeout and handover.Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, contractors and consultants.Lead compliance with WHS standards, Uniting''s policies and servicelevel agreements.Conduct audits, manage KPIs, and chair quarterly contractor meetings alongside Procurement and Capital Works colleagues.Support reporting and governance processes, including programme and budget updates.About YouYou are a qualified and experienced Project Manager who thrives in complex, multistakeholder environments.
