In this critical role, the BDM stays on top of market trends in an active pursuit of expanding into new territories and train our teams on new products using best-in-class sales techniques.**Major Responsibilities*** Drive and manage sales opportunities across the industrial, commercial, and critical power sectors in NSW - Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue from existing customers - Research and identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline - Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to showcase Pramac''s capabilities - Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender responses tailored to client requirements - Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Forecast monthly and annual sales for assigned and prospective accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and contractors - Collaborate with technical, project management, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments - Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and business development activities - Proficiently utilise Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities and track customer interactions - Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Pramac solutions**Minimum Job Requirements****Education**Bachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience.**Certification / License****Work Experience**Seven years of sales experience selling directly into the assigned industry.**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities*** 3-5 years of proven sales experience in power generation, industrial equipment, or related technical sectors - Track record of successfully developing customer relationships and winning new business - Strong commercial awareness with ability to manage pricing strategies and maintain healthy margins - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor''s degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously - Technical aptitude with ability to understand and communicate product specifications - Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel regularly across NSW - Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building capabilities**Preferred Job Requirements****Education** Master of Business Administration or equivalent work experience**Certification / License****Work Experience**Significant established relationships in assigned industry, 10 years of matrix or cross-functional leadership experience in sales**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**Possesses in-depth technical and commercial knowledge of related products**Physical Requirements and Working Conditions***PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:**Office Environment (Includes field sales):*While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
