Drawing on strong industry insight, you will build trusted relationships with sponsors, Contract Research Organisations, government and internal partners across our multi-site network, using market intelligence and pipeline insights to inform direction, guide decision-making, and support long-term impact for UniSC, our partners and the communities we serve.Responsibilitiesdrive the growth of UniSC Clinical Trials by leading strategic sales and partnership initiatives that deliver measurable impact;build and nurture meaningful relationships with internal teams, sponsors, CROs, and government partners, using your clinical trials expertise and commercial insight to create lasting collaborations; andstay ahead of the field by capturing and analysing stakeholder insights, industry trends, and pipeline opportunities to shape informed, forward-looking growth strategies.QualificationsStrong expertise in ICH GCP and experience leading pre-award communications in early-phase clinical trials.A proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, confidently navigating technical, regulatory, and business discussions.A track record of identifying, managing, and closing business opportunities, driving pipeline growth in complex, regulated environments.Leadership skills that inspire and mentor teams, fostering a high-performance culture that supports both individual and organisational success.Agility and initiative to critically assess information and adapt in a rapidly evolving clinical trials landscape, enhancing UniSC Clinical Trials'' position in the market.Proficiency with Asana, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with experience in CRM platforms highly regarded.Exceptional written, verbal, consultation, and negotiation skills, enabling confident presentation and advocacy of UniSC Clinical Trials'' capabilities.Flexibility and willingness to travel to clinical trial sites and industry events as required.The ability to work independently within established frameworks, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines with professionalism.UniSC is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
