This role leads to change management strategies that support clinical transformation, enhance patient outcomes, and ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across NSLHD.The Unit ProvidesStrategic and operational support for clinical and patient management applicationsOversight of clinical application upgrades, lifecycle management, and system integrationStewardship of electronic Medical Record (eMR) data quality, governance, and analyticsExpert leadership in the enhancement, optimisation, and innovation of digital health platforms, including the transition to the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR)Advisory services in clinical application design, business process transformation, change enablement, benefits realisation, and post-implementation evaluationThe Change Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of enhancements to the electronic Medical Record (eMR) system. These improvements build upon the current eMR platform and align with broader initiatives led by eHealth NSW at the state level.This role is primarily responsible for leading organisational change and facilitating the adoption of upgraded eMR solutions. Key areas of focus include managing transitions in business processes, systems and technologies, workforce roles, and other structural elements impacted by the enhancements.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following CriteriaApply advanced clinical service knowledge and judgment, especially in novel, complex, or critical cases, and possess recent management experience in a clinical health setting.Qualifications & Industry Experience Holds relevant tertiary qualifications in health, health sciences, DHS, or management, or possesses equivalent extensive experience in the health sector.
