Let''s make a meaningful difference, together! **Your part in our St Stephens team**You will be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You''ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills.* Minimum of 12 months'' experience in an acute care/hospital setting* Bachelor of nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration* Commitment to patient safety and quality improvements* Desire for ongoing professional development* Availability to work across a 24/7 fortnightly rotating roster* Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment*The opportunity to be part of the second-largest Queensland employer who has been leading by example for more than 100 years.
