Following rapid growth over the past 18 months, they are now strengthening their leadership team with a senior Construction Manager to support the next phase of expansion.Role Overview:The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all active projects across the business, leading the project teams, and maintaining high standards across safety, quality, program, and cost control.This is a pivotal senior appointment designed toStep into the operational responsibilities currently managed by the Managing DirectorEnsure project teams are supported, aligned, and performingStrengthen systems, processes and reportingProtect and grow the company''s culture and reputationEnable the Managing Director to focus on business development and strategic growthSuccess in this role looks like consistent, high-quality project delivery, improved operational structure, and a strong, united team.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipOversee and support all live projects from planning through to handover.Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to Project Managers, Senior PMs, Site Managers and Foremen.Act as the escalation point for major commercial, program, safety, or quality issues.Ensure uniform delivery standards across all sites.Project Delivery & PerformanceDrive project programming, risk management and commercial performance.Review key milestones, procurement strategies and project controls across all jobs.Provide hands-on support where required to solve problems early and keep projects on track.Implement consistent reporting and delivery frameworks across the business.Client & Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants, council/government bodies, subcontractors, and attend key meetings with key stakeholders where requiredIdentify process gaps and inconsistencies across project delivery and back-office operations.Lead improvements in project management systems, digital tools, administration and reporting.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong background in commercial construction with a reputable builder.Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects valued $1m-$30m+High competency in construction programs, digital tools and project management software (Jobpac Preferred).PreferredExperience in both commercial and multi-residential construction.Exposure to VSBA, council or government projects.Experience in aged care or live environment refurbishments.Why Join?Competitive package within a growing and stable businessDiverse project portfolio across education, aged care, government, commercial and multi-residentialFounder-led culture built on trust, quality and genuine relationshipsSupportive, down-to-earth team that takes pride in doing things properlyHigh autonomy and impact in a senior leadership role, shaping project deliveryReal growth opportunities as the business continues to expand #J-18808-Ljbffr
