Acceptance of and adherence to MAF''s purpose, vision and values is an essential condition of employment.*Responsibilities:What You''ll Be Doing:Planning and scheduling aircraft maintenance, repairs, and modificationsMaintaining accurate technical records in our maintenance and airworthiness management systemProcessing and monitoring aircraft utilisation, hours, and cyclesManaging lifelimited parts and ensuring maintenance compliance with regulatory standardsSupporting reliability analysis, engine trend monitoring, and airworthiness directivesCollaborating closely with Engineering, Flight Ops, and Quality & Safety teamsRecommending improvements and contributing to ongoing safety and compliance initiativesYour work ensures our aircraft are safe, compliant, and missionready helping bring hope and healing to isolated communities.What We''re Looking For:A background in aviation maintenance coordination, CAMO operations, or airworthinessFamiliarity with CASA regulations, MELs, and Aircraft Technical RecordsExperience working with maintenance planning systems/softwareA detailoriented, highly organised approach with a heart for serviceA team player who thrives in a missiondriven, crossfunctional environmentPlease apply with an updated CV and a cover letter addressing the role requirements.Why MAF?At MAF, you''re not just working on aircraft you''re helping people in hardtoreach places experience the love of Christ in practical ways. Your skills can truly make a difference.You must hold one of the following qualifications:Current or former aircraft engineer licence in category B1, B2 or C; orEquivalent licence to category B1, B2 or C; orDiploma (or higher) in aviation maintenance management; orAdditionally:Minimum 3 years Aircraft Maintenance Engineer experience or 5 years relevant work experience.Aptitude in verbal, numerical, abstract and mechanical reasoning.Strong awareness of Health & Safety principles and Human Factors in Aviation Maintenance.Excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks independently and within a team.ICAO or National Aviation Maintenance Engineer Licence.Familiarity with maintenance schedules of MAF aircraft types.3+ years experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
