As we continue to grow, our operations now include:Our Brookvale taproom and venueOur new Delta Drinks venture, focused on non-alcoholic and functional beveragesA contract packing facility supporting beverage brands across AustraliaWe''re looking for a hands-on, creative, and community-minded Venue & Marketing Coordinator to bring our brand stories to life across all touchpoints.Your RoleThis role combines venue management and marketing coordination, offering a unique opportunity to work across all facets of our businessfrom the brewery floor to branded content and events.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the taproom, ensuring a high-quality guest experienceCoordinate bookings, events, and private functionsLiaise with front-of-house and production teamsSupport stock management and POS systemsMarketing & ContentCreate and schedule social media content for Dad & Dave''s Brewing, Delta Drinks, and contract packingCoordinate email marketing, product launches, and event promotionsMaintain brand consistency across all channels (digital and physical)Assist in creating content (photo/video/copy) for campaigns and product updatesEvents & Community EngagementPlan and run events such as tastings, brewery tours, markets, and pop-upsCollaborate with local partners, venues, and influencersRepresent the brand at trade shows and local activationsWho You AreYou love working with people and are both organised and creativeYou''re confident managing a venue and delivering a great guest experienceYou have proven experience in marketing, especially digital and content creationYou''re passionate about beer, beverage innovation, and hospitalityYou thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environmentsKey Skills & ExperienceMust have hands-on experience working in a venue, ideally a taproom, bar, brewery, or similar hospitality settingDegree or equivalent experience in marketing, hospitality, or a related fieldSocial media and email marketing experience (e.g., Instagram, Meta Ads, Mailchimp)Strong communication and copywriting skillsExperience with POS systems and event planning requiredBasic design (Canva/Adobe) or content creation tools a plusHow to ApplyIf you''re ready to roll up your sleeves, take ownership of a varied and exciting role, and help shape the future of a proudly local brand, we''d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
