Located in Spring Hill, just minutes from Brisbane CBD and Fortitude Valley Nightlife District, close to public transport.About the RoleWe are seeking a Conference & Food and Beverage Supervisor for our busy hotel.Key ResponsibilitiesBe hands-on and spend time on the floor.Prioritize guest needs and continually seek ways to enhance the customer experience.Ensure departments are neat, clean, and functioning properly; address maintenance and cleaning issues immediately.Work morning shifts from 06:00 to 13:00/14:00, rotating 7 days a week.Work evening conferences and events as required.Train team members to ensure consistent and professional service levels.Work 4-5 shifts per week, including weekends.Work independently and as part of a team.Enjoy flexible roster including shift work, weekends, and public holidays.Manage breakfast orders and oversee day-to-day conference and events.Maintain immaculate presentation of yourself and your work area.Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures.Ensure stock levels are maintained.Adhere to all OH&S guidelines.Follow cashiering policies and procedures.Skills & ExperienceBarista coffee trained.Current RSA license.Experience with POS systems; Infrasys preferred.
