Quality Manager Visy (Shepparton, Australia)OverviewAs Quality Manager you will lead all aspects of site, product and food safety quality, manufacturing compliance and continuous improvement. You will embed a culture of coaching, mentoring and driving rapid resolution of quality issues, ensuring the site is always auditready.ResponsibilitiesLead site and product quality, food safety and manufacturing compliance.Embed continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring and RCA.Drive resolution of quality issues, lead investigations and implement corrective actions quickly.Serve as technical lead connecting the site, customers, suppliers and regulators.Manage key quality programs, audits, customer complaints and vendor quality issues.Support operational performance and embed robust systems that lift site capability.QualificationsProven experience in a quality leadership role in manufacturing.Strong skills in coaching, mentoring and continuous improvement.Expertise in regulatory compliance, HACCP, FSSC and customer standards.Experience managing audits, customer complaints and vendor quality issues.Strong RCA, errorproofing and problemsolving capability.High proficiency with quality systems (SFOL, OFS/Buffey, SAP, MS Office).Values aligned to Visy and ability to build strong internal/external relationships.Qualifications in Quality Management or similar.Technical capability adaptable to complex manufacturing environments.What You''ll LoveBeing the technical quality lead for a highperforming manufacturing site.Supporting and mentoring a motivated team while driving improvement.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellbeing support.About VisyVisy powers the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, remanufacturing and recycling.
