This ground-breaking infrastructure initiative is setting new benchmarks in sustainability and clean energy innovation.Your RoleWe are looking for a Senior Supervisor - Mechanical to lead mechanical construction activities during the installation and commissioning phases of the project. You''ll be a key player ensuring that mechanical works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to specwhile helping shape the future of renewable energy in AustraliaKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily site-based mechanical construction activitiesEnsure compliance with McConnell Dowell''s Integrated Management System and Project Execution PlanMaintain strict HSE and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycleProvide leadership to mechanical subcontractors and teams on siteCollaborate closely with project engineers and planners to align site works with project milestonesAbout you:Trade qualified or degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)Minimum 8 years'' experience in mechanical supervision on major infrastructure or hydro projectsIn-depth knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, and project controls in a multidisciplinary environmentStrong technical literacyable to read and interpret construction drawingsSolid understanding of integrated management systems and construction standardsAbout UsMcConnell Dowell - Creative ConstructionOur purpose is Providing a Better Life.
