Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Seeking a Site Administrator to support our Civil division undergoing a complex infrastructure project in Southeast Queensland involving critical structural stabilisation and reinforcement works.You will be responsible for managing all document control activities, ensuring compliance with company processes, and supporting project teams with critical administrative functions. You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and site personnel to maintain accurate records, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless project operations.Permanent, local role.NO FIFO.Key Responsibilities:Coordination of all site personnel''s access paperworkLooking after New starters including inductions and related site required documentationsAssist Management with the maintenance of site rostersCollate and submit weekly timesheets for the team and liaise with payroll on any discrepanciesProvide assistance in organising travel and accommodation bookingsWeekly invoicing including liaising with our clientsCarry out purchasing including receipting of goodsFiling and record keeping requirements.Assist in the compilation of reports and management system requirements.Maintain stationery and office consumables.Maintain stock and purchases of PPE for employees.Adhoc Duties within the Administrative and Accounts functions as requested by ManagementOrganise training when required and maintain training records in conjunction with the HSE administratorThe successful applicant will ideally have:Previous experience in a similar roleStrong communication and people skillsStrong computer and systems skills and knowledge, in particular MS ExcelHigh attention to detail experience with high volume invoicing/ purchasingExperience with JobPac will be highly regardedExperince with PROCORE would be highly regardedExperience with TimeTarget will be highly regarded.Experience with administration of Project Bank Accounts reporting will be beneficialPrevious experience in a similar roleStrong communication and people skillsStrong computer and systems skills and knowledgeAbout UsSRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
