The unit embraces diversity and inclusivity, fostering a welcoming and compassionate environment for both patients and staff, underpinned by a strong commitment to safety and excellence.About The RoleIn this role, you will provide safe, compassionate and personcentred care within the Medical Unit, working collaboratively with patients, families and carers to achieve identified care goals and outcomes. Your daytoday work will involve delivering highquality clinical care while contributing to effective teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.You will be supported in your role by the Nursing Unit Manager and Clinical Nurse Educator, who provide guidance, mentorship and leadership. Orientation and ongoing support are tailored to your experience level, ensuring you feel confident and supported as you settle into the unit and continue to develop your clinical practice.About YouYou are a committed and compassionate clinician who values teamwork and patientcentred care.
