Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale Cyber Security Program within a complex IM and ICT environment. The role focuses on identifying, analysing, and documenting current and future state business processes and requirements to support delivery of secure, integrated, and effective infrastructure technology solutions across multiple cyber security initiatives.Key responsibilitiesCapture and analyse As Is and To Be business processes using approved methods and toolsDevelop business and software requirements specifications for cyber security projects with end to end traceabilityApply business analysis techniques, risk, issue, and benefits management to deliver quality outcomesSupport testing activities by working closely with test teams to embed requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersFacilitate workshops, consultations, and communication across project teamsContribute to stakeholder analysis, stakeholder matrices, and ongoing engagementMentor and support other Business Analysts within the programContribute to continuous improvement of the Business Analysis practiceFollow service quality, workplace health and safety policies, and proceduresHighly desirable criteriaExperience delivering business analysis across cyber security initiatives such as vulnerability management, endpoint protection, MFA, and privilege managementStrong knowledge of business analysis methodologies aligned with BABOK Version 3Experience producing BPMN process modelsProven ability to translate data into insights using Excel, SQL, or Power BIExperience within healthcare, health IT, or digital health environmentsExposure to large scale government or enterprise ICT programsRelevant tertiary qualificationSkills and experienceDemonstrated experience leading and performing business analysis activitiesStrong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teamsExperience mentoring or guiding other Business AnalystsStrong written documentation skills in project environmentsContract role within a large-scale Queensland state government cyber security programExposure to enterprise level cyber security initiativesOpportunity to contribute to statewide digital health outcomesSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation TechnologyInformation ServicesFor a confidential chat, please contact Anissa on 0484 568 874 or via email at [email protected] and we would be more than happy to provide you with additional information and assist in the application process.Please note that a National Police Check might be required as part of pre-employment screening. #J-18808-Ljbffr
