You''ll support managers and staff with accurate, timely advice on legislation, policies, and procedures, while resolving escalated service requests and helping shape smarter, more efficient use of People & Culture services. Your insights will also feed into refining knowledge tools, analysing workforce data, and enhancing internal processes.You''ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where staying current on evolving legislation and systems is key.
