Guided by our valuesFaith, Respect, Compassion, Excellence, Courage, and Social Justicewe make a meaningful impact every day.OverviewAn exciting opportunity has opened up to join our Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) team as a Case Manager on the Central Coast where you will have a real impact making a difference in the lives of children and young people in our care.In this full-time, permanent role, you will deliver tailored case management to vulnerable children and young people, supporting recovery from trauma and promoting positive life outcomes.You will work closely with clients, families, and service providers to assess needs, develop care plans, and monitor progress.
