Enjoy generous leave, professional development opportunities, and so much more!Who are we looking for?Experience in HR or recruitment support (internal or agency), with strong coordination skills and a sharp eye for candidates.Confident using Microsoft Office particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Understanding in ATS systems, Seek, LinkedIn, and digital recruitment tools.Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in HR, Business, or a related field is an advantage.The roleJoin us as a parttime Talent Acquisition Advisor, supporting endtoend recruitment for multiple departments within our Queensland & Western Australian teams.In this role you will manage the high volume, endtoend recruitment process, where you''ll be responsible for coordinating job postings, applicant screening, managing candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment processes.Key responsibilitiesManage endtoend recruitment with a focus on candidate care and successful partnership with hiring managers.Recruitment reporting and general admin duties, including maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment data in our ATS.Collaborate with the P&C Operations team to prepare for the seamless transition and onboarding of new hires.Support employer branding initiatives by ensuring consistent candidate experience and communications that reflect company values and culture.About Knight FrankKnight Frank Australia is part of the world''s largest privately owned property consultancy.
