Sr Field Service Technician Woodford, Queensland, Australia (Fulltime, MidSenior level)OverviewStart your career by installing, configuring, and maintaining BMS/HVAC Control Systems for customers. In this role you will tailor solutions to meet individual needs and priorities, driving innovation and optimisation beyond the status quo.ResponsibilitiesInstallation, configuration and maintenance of Honeywell and thirdparty BMS equipment.Fault finding and problem solving using handson methods and software tools such as trending and reports.Utilise knowledge of standard BMS interfaces such as BACnet, Modbus, and others.Identify opportunities to improve and optimise customer systems and make recommendations.Assist customers in monitoring and reducing energy usage.Work directly with customers to identify priorities and help them achieve desired outcomes within budget and timeframe.Collaborate with Honeywell technicians, engineers and support teams to deliver highquality outcomes.Work with external subcontractors and other trades to meet customer needs.Write detailed reports to communicate findings from service or breakdown visits.Identify opportunities and work with sales and admin support staff to create quotes, then deliver the work.QualificationsHVAC controls experience essential knowledge of control strategies and field application.Mechanical systems experience good understanding of mechanical systems.Electrical experience basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching.Software experience competence in understanding software code and control routines.Instrumentation experience knowledge of instrumentation devices and control applications.Customer liaison and communication skills.Basic knowledge of financial systems and small works quotations.Open to anyone with electronic security experience with restricted electrical.Diversity & InclusionHoneywell is an equalopportunity employer.
