You keep your finger on the pulse of design trends and are confident in leading and managing the entire product lifecycle, from customer insights and ideation to bringing concepts to life.With a curious mind and sharp analytical skills, you know how to dive into data and trends to unlock new opportunities and refine what''s worked in the past. You''re deeply customerfocused and love creating products that feel personal and thoughtful.We''re looking for someone with a background in design or a close connection to the creative process who brings a strong understanding of product development and management.With 5+ years'' experience in product management and development or design you are confident in analysing sales data in Excel and translating insights into action as you dream up a new seasonal product range. You''re a clear, empathetic communicator with a keen eye for detail and a genuine love for seasonal celebrations and highquality products that deeply touch customers.Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, you are naturally confident in your opinions and decision making.
