Location: Perth, Western Australia, Australia Salary: A$155,000.00-A$165,000.00Mills Recruitment is working exclusively with a respected Perth-based engineering consultancy to appoint a Structural Engineer to their growing CBD team.Our client delivers specialist structural engineering services across Mineral Processing, Renewables, Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI), and Commercial developments, supporting projects from concept through to execution. They are recognised for their practical, technically robust solutions and strong client relationships across Western Australia and beyond.Opportunity. You will join a collaborative and technically capable team, contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects across the resources and infrastructure sectors. This role offers exposure to complex structural challenges, clientfacing responsibilities, and clear pathways for professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesStructural design calculations and technical reporting for Mining, Renewables, and NPI projectsSite inspections, investigations, and preparation of associated reportsDevelopment of engineering sketches and coordination with drafting resourcesDirect engagement with clients to review, discuss, and refine design solutionsSupporting project delivery with practical, constructible engineering outcomesAbout YouDegreequalified Structural Engineer with 3+ years'' experience in reinforced concrete and structural steel design (Engineers with additional experience may be considered for a Senior role)Proven project experience within Mining, Renewables, and NonProcess Infrastructure environmentsProficiency in Space Gass, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Australian Standards (Experience with Strand7 is advantageous)Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging clientsHigh attention to detail and a practical, problemsolving approachSelfdriven, professional, and passionate about delivering highquality structural engineering solutionsHow to ApplyHow to apply.
