Bring your leadership, stakeholder engagement, and construction project management expertise to a dynamic and purposedriven team.Temporary FullTime role (38 hours per week) through to 30 June 2027Location: Team primarily located in Orange NSW. Opportunity for preferred candidate to be based in any LLS / DPIRD departmental office across NSWLLS Grade 7 | salary from $129,464 to $142,665 per annum plus super and leave loadingAbout the RoleThis role is pivotal in driving business improvement across customer service functions, enhancing staff work environments, and reducing risk through the delivery of targeted smalltomedium capital constructionbased projects. The work will involve initiating, delivering, and closing out capital construction projects within the required time frame and budget.You''ll lead crossfunctional collaboration, manage strategic initiatives, and promote a customercentric culture across the organisation. Your work will directly influence the quality and consistency of services delivered to rural landholders and communities across NSW.You will report directly to the Finance Business Partner Assets in Local Land Services. Though you will not have any direct reports, you will be part of a broader capital and finance team in LLS.About YouYou bring experience in project and program management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
