You will provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues, both remotely and on-site as required. Reporting to the IT Manager APAC, you will facilitate a pivotal role in the planning and implementation of IT projects across the APAC region.The ChallengeThis role has a broad and varied remit with responsibilities including, but not limited to:Monitor and manage the IT Helpdesk ensuring timely responses and updates to tickets.Office 365 administration, manage device deployment and oversee device management.Assist in the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures, promoting staff awareness and education.Communicate effectively with team members and non-technical staff, providing clear guidance and support.What Success Looks LikeTimely and accurate administration of helpdesk actionsContinuous process improvements and cost-saving IT initiativesStrong alignment with Dechra''s values and strategic goalsAbout YouWe''re particularly keen to hear from those who have/are:Ideally 2+ years of IT systems administration experienceAdvanced IT problem solving skills with ability to diagnose technical problems and develop solutions and drive continuous improvementProven experience with key software applications and integration, data structures, databases and application securityAdvanced Excel skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsEffective stakeholder management with ability to build positive relationshipsWork collaboratively as part of a teamOrganised, effective time management, strong attention to detailFull, ongoing working rights in AustraliaBenefitsAt Dechra we pride ourselves on diversity and inclusion and this role provides the right candidate with the opportunity to work as part of a highly engaged and passionate team of people.
