We are committed to helping doctors and their families grow and protect their wealth, achieve financial freedom and live their best life.With a qualified team of professionals supporting our principals, we bring a specialist holistic approach to wealth management that enables doctors to focus on what they do best.The roleThis varied and interesting role will suit a dedicated and highly motivated financial planner seeking to build a long-term career with the practice.Initially working as an associate adviser, you''ll work closely with our principal financial planner, developing and expanding your knowledge and expertise. As you undertake comprehensive training and mentoring, you''ll develop the skills to build your client base, working with professional advisers and supporting the principal and practice manager in key areas of the practice.Ultimately you''ll provide holistic advice to doctors and their families across a broad range of relevant areas including investing, tax planning, personal insurance and lending - using a multi-disciplinary approach to achieve best outcomes for the client, including:Develop and maintain a strong understanding of doctors careers, specialties and financial opportunities and challengesDevelop and maintain professional relationships with clients, referral partners and the teamWith support, manage a group of key clients, providing excellent financial advice and relationship managementRetain and grow your client baseEnsure compliance with regulations and standardsUndertake ongoing training, development and mentoringContribute to the team as a positive, reliable and supportive team memberAbout youThis role is not for everyone.
