This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new specialised practice where you''ll work directly with the founding partners on complex and interesting matters and be at the ''ground level'' of a new firm.Reflecting our focus on worklife balance, this role is a genuine parttime role (0.6 FTE), with the ability to spread the working hours to suit your schedule across 3, 4 or 5 days. There will also be the opportunity to increase your time fraction in due course, if desirable.What You''ll DoRepresent clients in workplace disputes and litigationConduct or advise on workplace investigationsManage and advise on complex wage remediation projects and payroll auditsProvide strategic advice on employment and compliance issuesEngage with regulators and manage regulatory investigations and prosecutionsWhat We''re Looking ForWe are looking for a candidate with strong technical ability and who is motivated by the prospect of being part of something new.
