Mutual trust and respect are at the heart of everything we do.On a full-time basis, you will be acting for insurers, freight forwarders and other corporations and government authorities in shipping, marine, aviation, road, rail and trade related litigation.ResponsibilitiesReviewing files and advising clients on policies, coverage disputes and liability assessments.Handling claims arising from transport operations.Preparing court documents, including statements of evidence.Drafting correspondence and communicating with other practitioners.Appearing before Court.File management.Who We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years'' PQE. The role will suit a candidate with some experience with cargo recoveries, liability claims and policy indemnity disputes relating to the transport sector, although candidates with experience in subrogated property and property liability claims or general litigation will be considered.You bring a professional demeanour and outstanding communication abilities, with a strong commitment to client service.
