This is a handson role where you will balance leadership responsibilities with clinical nursing duties.ResponsibilitiesLead, train and mentor the nursing team.Coordinate daily workflow and hospital operations.Maintain high standards of patient care and customer service.Assist with rosters and stock control.Support veterinarians in all aspects of clinical care.QualificationsCertificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent).Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with leadership or senior nurse experience highly regarded.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Strong team player with the ability to lead by example.Passionate about providing goldstandard care for patients and clients.ApplyIf you are an enthusiastic and motivated nurse ready to step into a leadership role, we would love to hear from you!
