What began as a land-based abalone farming business has grownorganically and through acquisitions into Australia''s leading diversified aquaculture business, with farming operations throughout South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania across Abalone, Oysters, Mussels and Kingfish.Yumbah''s success is built on three values that guide everything they do:Teamwork We achieve more together.Daring We embrace innovation and growth.Integrity We respect each other, our product, and our environment.Over the past 2 years the business has doubled in size, leading to a new People & Culture strategy and structure to support the expanded business and future growth plans.Job DescriptionAs our NationalTalent Lead, you''ll play a pivotal role in building and developing our workforce and leadership leadership capability.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Yumbah''s strategic workforce plan over the long term, whilst delivering highly efficient systems and processes to enable the business to meet it''s short-term labour force needs.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will be responsible for:Supporting the General Manager of People & Culture in the development of a strategic workforce planDevelop and implement a pragmatic succession planning process for critical rolesDevelop an EVP and Employer branding strategy for Yumbah to enhance Yumbah''s reputation as an employer of choice in key regional centersImplement efficient systems to drive talent pooling and recruitment for permanent and casual labour, reducing the time and cost to fill a positionConduct training needs analysis across the business to identify and prioritise technical and leadership skills training requirementsIdentify and engage partners for the delivery of training programs nationallySkills, Experience & AttributesWe''re looking for a people-focused Individual with experience in Talent sourcing and development who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
