The securitisation practice has been a Band 1 Chambersranked practice for well over 10 years, recognised as one of the leading securitisation practices in the Australian market.As a Senior Associate in this highperforming team, you will work on transactions and matters for a variety of clients including regular issuers, arrangers, warehouse funders, trustees and other participants. You will play a lead role in the drafting, review and negotiation of finance documents, driving matter strategy and engaging directly with clients. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships, contributing to thought leadership efforts and supporting the team''s growth through business development, training and mentoring of junior lawyers and knowledgesharing initiatives.The team champions flexible work and effectively connects and collaborates both inperson and virtually.
