This role blends strategic vision, operational excellence, and technical leadership to deliver scalable, impactful data solutions.What You''ll DoDevelop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with C&PI business objectives and enterprise initiatives.Lead reporting automation and simplification, enabling self-service analytics and reducing reliance on technical teams.Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across platforms.Build and lead a high-performing data enablement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and performance uplift.Represent C&PI in enterprise-wide data governance projects and cross-functional collaborations.What You''ll Bring10+ years in data management, analytics, or performance insights, with 5+ years in people leadership.Advanced knowledge of data strategy, architecture, and governance frameworks.Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Python, and a strong grasp of ETL processes.Proven ability to lead large-scale data and platform initiatives with measurable impact.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management capabilities.What You''ll EnjoyAccess our award-winning Shine platform your central hub for exclusive perks, wellbeing support, career development, and recognition.
