Senior Instrumentation, Controls and Electrical EngineerWe''re looking for a senior professional who can bridge the gap between design consultants and project delivery, providing technical guidance, problemsolving, and oversight without being handson in the design work. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading energy organisation that''s evolving how it delivers engineering projects, reducing duplicated effort and empowering design consultants to take ownership of their work.About the RoleIn this key role, you''ll act as the technical backbone across multiple projects, guiding and supporting external design consultants, reviewing design intent, and ensuring practical, fitforpurpose solutions.You''ll bring a structured approach, excellent communication skills, and an "owner''s engineer" mindset someone who sees the bigger picture and keeps projects moving forward.Key Responsibilities:Support and collaborate with design consultants to achieve highquality, efficient design outcomes.Provide technical oversight, problemsolving, and engineering judgement to drive project delivery.Identify and resolve interface issues between design, procurement, and site execution.Contribute to continuous improvement by helping refine new ways of working across engineering teams.What you''ll bring:1020 years of experience in Instrumentation, Electrical, and Controls Engineering.Strong experience in supporting or leading engineering projects from an "owner''s engineer" perspective.Background in consulting or clientside engineering highly regarded.RPEQ certification preferred (or a clear plan to obtain it).Proven ability to work collaboratively with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues.Proactive, solutionsfocused, and driven to deliver results.What''s on Offer:Initial 12month contract with longterm potential.Start ASAP, ideally set up before Christmas.Next Steps:Please apply or contact Rebecca Walker at Resourceful Recruitment, on 07 3214 3617 or email [email protected]. #J-18808-Ljbffr
