We''re changing people''s lives and your work directly contributes to this every day.We''re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native) who loves their craft and is excited to help build the future of mental health care from the ground up.Once in a lifetime opportunity to join a fast-growing health startup as a Senior Mobile EngineerAbout the role:As Kantoko''s Senior Mobile Engineer, you''ll own the Patient Mobile App from initial architecture through to App Store / Play Store release and beyond.Work with product, design, and operations to turn (sometimes very rough) ideas into scoped features and shipped code.Define and evolve our mobile architecture, testing strategy, and release pipeline (Expo EAS, CI/CD, over-the-air updates).Implement and own mobile observability (crash reporting, analytics, alerts) and a predictable release train.Lead core platform plumbing: push notifications, deep links, secure/auth flows, permissions, and accessibility.We see engineers as problem solvers you''ll be involved directly in the what, when, and how of product development, not just handed tickets.What you''ll bring:You''re excited about joining an early-stage startup (12 people) and taking full ownership of the mobile app from day one.You ship fast and iterate fast you''re comfortable getting a v1 into users'' hands and improving it weekly.You have deep experience with React Native and Expo, and strong Typescript proficiency.You have shipped at least one meaningful mobile app to production (App Store / Play Store) as a primary contributor and supported it in the wild.Your architecture instincts are solid: navigation, state management, error handling, etc.You''re passionate about great performance and smooth UX.You''re pragmatic and know how to prioritise effectively.You''re excited to work closely with designers and other engineers to ship great experiences.Current / Planned Mobile Stack:React Native + ExpoTypeScriptExpo EAS / CI/CD and OTA updatesBackend APIs built on Python/Django (existing web platform)Why work with us:Hybrid working environment 3 days in the office (near Central Station).Own a piece generous ESOP plan.Great team culture work alongside our small and quirky team.Embrace the purple we celebrate what makes people unique and thrive when everyone feels safe to bring their full self to work!Have an impact rare opportunity to have a direct positive impact on patients every day.If you have any additional questions about careers at Kantoko you can email us at [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
