Pre-Contract Engineer Major Projects DivisionMacquarie Park, NSW | National Project ExposureLead the Front of Major Projects at Freyssinet AustraliaFreyssinet Australia is expanding and establishing a Major Projects Division to deliver some of the most technically complex and high-value works in the country.We are seeking a Pre-Contract Engineer to join our growing team and take a key role in shaping projects from initial tender through to contract awardp>About the RoleAs Pre-Contract Engineer, you will work closely with our Estimating, Design and Project Delivery teams to develop winning proposals and innovative solutions across civil, structural and remedial engineering projects.You will take ownership of the early stages of project development interpreting client requirements, preparing methodologies, developing cost plans, supporting design inputs, and ensuring tenders are technically and commercially robust.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate technical and commercial inputs for tenders and proposalsAnalyse project documentation, drawings and specificationsSupport pricing, risk assessments and value engineering initiativesLiaise with designers, subcontractors and suppliers for technical data and pricingPrepare and present tender documentation for management reviewCollaborate with Project Managers post-award to ensure smooth handover and delivery alignment.About YouYou are an engineer who thrives at the front end of projects analytical, collaborative, and commercially aware.
