Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$130,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yrRole OverviewReporting to the Head of Finance, this role is responsible for building and maintaining the systems and data foundations that allow the organisation to operate with accuracy and insight. You will take ownership of Power BI development, create strong data models, build automated reporting and ensure all information flowing from ERP, inventory, POS, Shopify, Xero and monday.com is clean, consistent and reliable.You will partner closely with Finance to shape reporting requirements, validate financial data and support forecasting, budgeting and leadership reporting. You will work across multiple operational systems to investigate data issues, refine pipelines and strengthen the quality of information used across Sales, Inventory, Production and Finance.Alongside your reporting focus, you will learn and support monday.com administration. You will assist teams with workflow setup, improve processes and introduce automation that reduces manual work. With a mindset of continuous improvement, you will play a key role in helping the business evolve toward more intelligent, streamlined and insight driven operations.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, data models and DAX structures across Sales, Inventory, Production and Finance.Ensure reliable data flows from ERP, internal inventory systems, POS, Shopify, Xero and monday.com into reporting frameworks.Partner with Finance to define reporting requirements, validate financial data and support budgeting and forecasting cycles.Investigate, resolve and prevent data inconsistencies or integration issues across multi system environments.Structure, clean and transform data to support automated reporting and accurate operational insights.Administer monday.com once trained, including board setup, workflow design, basic automations and system logic maintenance.Create documentation, user guides and training material to support consistent system usage across departments.Use AI supported tools to automate workflows, support decision making and uplift reporting capability under guidance from leadership.Improve operational data processes by identifying inefficiencies, simplifying workflows and reducing manual effort.Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packs and provide clear insights to support planning, forecasting and leadership decision making.Candidate ProfileYou are an experienced Power BI Developer with strong capability in building dashboards, modelling data and delivering automated reporting across operational and financial domains. You are confident working in multi system environments and understand how data moves between ERP, POS, inventory and finance platforms. You enjoy cleaning and structuring data so reporting is accurate and meaningful.You bring commercial acumen and enjoy partnering with Finance to refine reporting requirements and influence budgeting, forecasting and planning. You communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders and take a calm, structured approach to problem solving.You are quick to learn new systems, and are comfortable supporting workflow setup, automations and process improvement. You thrive in roles where you can streamline operations, remove manual work and introduce better ways of operating.
