This is a busy hands on position covering accounting through to 6 monthly external Accountant reviews. You will be responsible all aspects of accounts management including but not limited to:Assess and implement software to streamline accounting functionComplete finance implementation of Odoo (ERP)Accounts payableAccounts receivable & credit controlCash flowPreparation and lodgement of BASWeekly payrollReconciling credit cards, bank accounts, loan accounts and general ledgerEnd of month processes and journalsWeekly, monthly and annual reportingEngagement with external accountantsBusiness insurance requirementsBudgetingDirector expense managementManagement reportingBenefitsThere are so many benefits to joining this successful business.
