Several specialist businesses operate within the DC, benefiting from shared logistics, repair, and maintenance functions. This role focuses on delivering customercentric solutions by showcasing expertise in our specialist equipment and meeting customer expectations.Provide exceptional customer service, living up to our Every Customer a Raving Fan valueAssist customers over the phone using our reservation prompt script or in person at the front deskCreate, update, and finalise hire schedulesCoordinate customer hire contracts and branch administrationRecommend complementary equipment or products to meet customer needsMaintain strong product knowledge to provide tailored solutionsProcess payments for hire schedules, including creation, cycle billing, and completionSupport the branch team by unloading, loading, delivering, servicing, and cleaning equipmentOpen and close the branch; clean and maintain the branch showroom, yard, and storage areas as requiredAbout youPrevious experience in a customer service role, and a genuine interest in helping othersStrong experience in sales administrationAdaptable to changing priorities and work conditions; able to work as part of a team and autonomously to complete tasks within required timeframesTime management skills, including the ability to plan ahead and reschedule in accordance with changes in prioritiesInterest in mechanics and construction equipment and a desire to learnA passion for delivering topnotch customer serviceStrong communication and problemsolving skillsA handson attitude and willingness to support the teamA good understanding of safety and operational proceduresJoin our teamYou can always tell someone who works at Kennards Hire.
