As part of our Advanced Facilities Data Centres team, you''ll collaborate with our global network of experts to deliver awardwinning solutions to our global clients.ResponsibilitiesAs the technical lead, you''ll provide design work, contribute to team technical collaboration, perform quality reviews of design packages, and assist directly with other portions of the design process. Working closely with the broader multidiscipline team in a fast paced, dynamic, collaborative environment to establish design requirements and produce construction documents. Your responsibilities will include engineering and design for data centre facility power distribution systems, UPS, emergency systems, grounding, lighting, and low voltage communications systems in complex industrial facilities. You will also be supported by mentorship and other career development opportunities.QualificationsBachelor''s Degree in Electrical EngineeringRegistered or eligible for registration as a professional engineer with the relevant state authority in the building/construction industry.Experience in engineering design of medium and low voltage distribution systems, building electrical systems, and campusstyle power distribution including conveyance. Previous project experience working on data centres, pharmaceuticals and missioncritical projects will be highly regarded.Extensive knowledge of and experience with local codes.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multidisciplinary teams.Cultural SupportAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are strongly encouraged to apply.
