Locations Level 5, 66 Eagle Street, Brisbane, Queensland, 4001, AU Level 24, 1 Bligh Street, Sydney, New South Wales, 2000, AUJob DescriptionThe Opportunity:As a Contracts Manager within QIC''s Alternative Income team, you will play a pivotal national role overseeing contractual and operational aspects across a specialist service range within our retail property portfolio- Carparks.Reporting to the National Manager, Services, you''ll be the primary liaison for external service providers and contractors, ensuring optimal commercial outcomes and seamless service delivery.This is a dynamic, full-time role with national scope, offering a mix of office, site, and remote work.At QIC, we value flexibility and are willing to consider candidates based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.Key Responsibilities:Primary Contact for Key Service Providers: Act as the main liaison for all contractual matters and key suppliers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience across all transactions with QIC.Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations with service providers to secure the best commercial outcomes.Project Coordination: Oversee suppliers and contractors for operational projects, contributing to budget and forecast inputs with precise commentary.Schedule Management: Coordinate and share project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure accountability among stakeholders.Stakeholder Relationships: Foster positive and constructive relationships with all stakeholders to influence commercial outcomes.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing and presenting annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts for operational services.Performance Tracking: Monitor service performance, providing solutions and action plans to drive commercial success and enhance guest experiences.Data Analysis: Analyse operational data to track performance and recommend improvements.Process Improvement: Offer recommendations and solutions for QIC business processes and platform support to ensure smooth delivery of operational projects.About YouYou are a confident, self-driven professional with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for operational excellence.
