This is either a permanent part time or casual role based at our Northbridge office with working every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am-5pm.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and staff, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls, take messages, escalate enquiries to the relevant team.Manage client referrals and conduct follow ups in a timely manner.Respond to enquiries appropriately to internal and external stakeholders.Accurately enter new client information into the system.Support management team with day-to-day tasks.Stock Management.Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
