We support children to explore the world around them and we nurture their natural curiosity using play-based learning. Description: Provide care and supervision for children aged 6 months - 5 years. Duties & Responsibilities Assisting in the preparation of learning experiences Managing children''s behaviour and guiding children''s social development Preparing and conducting learning experiences for children Supporting children to develop age-appropriate milestones Supervising children indoors and outdoors during routine learning experiences Supervising the daily routine of children Supervising and supporting the hygiene of children Selection Criteria Must have a Certificate IV or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care Must have at least 3 years of relevant industry work experience Excellent writing and speaking skills Ability to work with a team and time management skills Excellent communication skills Whats on offer 20% above award wages End of year bonus (based on a KPI) Paid birthday off Monthly RDO Discount on child care fees (if required) First aid/ CPR training Professional development training Superannuation Uniforms Please ensure your resume outlines relevant work history and includes two (2) current referees.
