Within Global Workspace Solutions, also known as GWS, we are invested in the development and unique needs of our diverse employees and client accounts.Here''s a snapshot of your day:Provide supervision and leadership of a field service teamEnsures the efficient and safe maintenance of clients facilityDevelop a detailed daily workforce schedule by technician crew ensuring all skills, requirements and resource availability is met.Schedule includes all planned maintenance work orders, reactive work orders and corrective work orders.Manages all technical requirements of work identification, planning and execution.Work with Planners, Schedulers and Team Leaders to determine resource availability and level the work force schedule.Manages/hosts the on-site activity of sub-contractors performing hard services.Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards.Communicates with client to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance opportunities to expand contract scope.Ensures compliance to all state and federal license and certification requirements.Maintain and submit all records and documents to proper authorities for audit purposesReviews all work and assures performance in accordance with established safety proceduresParticipates in scheduling meetings with operational partners/customer to finalize priority of work orders, optimum downtime windows, and necessary lead times.Skills and experience you''ll need to thrive in this role:Ability to obtain an MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)Ability to pass Australian Federal Police National Police CheckKnowledge and experience with EHS and regulatory requirements.Knowledge and understanding of CMMS systems (demonstrated knowledge of MS Office and MS Project highly desirable).Able to manage and train entry-level personnel.High level craft knowledge and skill to accurately assign and complete a job.Knowledge and understanding of the maintenance processes and proper use of the work order system, planning, scheduling and storeroom processes.What''s in it for you?Rewarding career with great developmental opportunities within GWS and across CBREA great opportunity to make your mark in a growing business.Extensive training opportunities which can be tailored to your career goalsOpportunity to be exposed to world class facilities management servicesBe careful - Dont provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
